Default OS 70 on 4* 40

I have a beat up 4* 40 and an OS 70 surpass laying around. Would the plane be fun with this engine or would it fly crappy because of the weight up front? Thanks.

Good combination. I would start with a 13x6 prop and go from there depending on what you want to do.

Since it is "Crappy" anyway, you might consider clipping the wings one bay on each side and slightly reducing the dihedral to improve aerobatics.

I'm building one right now for my O.S. 70. It's not at all too much weight--some people with engines of similar weight have had to add nose weight to get it to balance. Jim
