Default H9 Funtana X 50!

Hey guys, this plane is a lot of fun to 'sport fly'....I'm not into 3-D much, and try my best NOT to learn! Anyway, this Funtana X 50 is a lot of fun to fly....flies better with the SFG's on and I'm only using a .72 4-stroker. You power guys might go bigger, but for just pok'n holes in the sky, I'm very satisfied!

I just bought the x 50 and am very excited to fly it. I will try to fly 3d with it. I am going to have to leave the sfg's off due to the poor quality of our field. I am going to run an OS .46 ax in mine with a 12.25 x 3.75 apc prop. Seems to be a very good plane!!

Yea i also got one i just built, check out the galleries and search by my username, its a great plane you can see what im powering it with and all, believe me a .50SX by OS is more than you need and im running a 12x9 prop. THe only thing i did differently is that i didnt use the wheel pants because i used bigger front wheels and i got a slightly larger tailwheel. But all in all its an amazing plane

not yet, heh i was going to try it this weekend, but since its still a new plane i dont want to get to extreme on the aerobatics so whats the point of putting them on if your just going to be doing simple patterns and maybe a couple rolls/loops/spins? is it a large improvement in simple flight as well?

from what it looks like it wouldnt take long to build, but thats just my opinion as i dont own one. however, from experience i do have, i must say that the new hangar 9 aircraft are AWESOME. easy to build and they fly great.
