Default RE: How Long Can You Fly?

I was flying my Joss Stick with a Magnum .91 for a maiden and my carb idle stop screw backed out, leaving the plane running with no throttle control. Of course I panicked and was dying to run out of gas. I think it ran for just under a freakin lifetime. Hated every second of it. Now, if the throttle HAD worked, I would have enjoyed those 25 minutes or years, whichever they were. Stupid, huh? Just knowing I couldn't control it freaked me out.

I've never had that happen and hope I never do. I get freaked out just thinking about it. Had I been in your spot I would be tempted to crash it to get it over with safely, so you did a good job IMO.
