R C universe's new look isn't working for many. To cluttered and difficult to navigate, why has this happen? Flying giants is much easier to use.
How about a survey?
tell them how you feel! most likely won't do any good but venting helps!

At our last club meeting the question came up about R/C Universe and what they did with their web site. All said that this change was a huge mistake and it will hurt their business. At the local hobby store the same conversation came up and the same response was given, Why did they do this!!! look like everyone will switch to flying giants web site for info and sales.

All things go through change for improvement and to keep up with modern ways. The thing I don't understand here is why a business would through out all there good proven code and start new without even testing it.

The new format sucks, went from being the premier site to the worst... hopefully they listen to the users here as if they don't I fear most will move on to the others and forget rcu marketplace.

Changes are a disaster. At first, I thought I did something to change the preference settings.
So difficult to navigate with the header coming up and down all the time and items moving unexpectedly.
Try to click on one item and end up somewhere else.
I will not be wasting my time on this site. Will focus on Flying Giants and RC Scale Builder.

What links are you clicking on that redirect you to an irrelevant page?

Default new universe

I have to agree this new format is lousy. I been on this site since the beginning and this is the worst that ever seen it. My only interest is jets and when I pull up airplanes to start with it has every category of airplane marked and I have to deselected everything except for jets to get to jets. Once I get to what supposed to be jets, all the jet ads are mixed with Ads for every other type of plane I can think of. Please fix this and I will be back. Bob

I believe their web site developer is a rookie! A good developer would design this site with easier use like other sites [ i.e.] F/J RC /G etc. Shame they won't listen to their customers.

Agreed... the new format is poorly thought out. It does not work well, slows down navigation on slower links, and you lose the demarcation of the pages in multi-page threads with auto-loading. Put it back the way it was!!! Or give us the option to choose...

If you go into User CP ->Options -> Disable Infinite Scroll, you'll be able to demarcate pages.
