Dissatisfaction with RCU and one "Pro Seller"
I have been trying since July 22nd. to contact RCU and a vendor that I made a purchase from on that date. My check to the vendor cleared my bank on that date also. The seller chooses to remain completely private and RCU continues to make it impossible to contact them to discuss my dilema. Why is this business practice allowed to happen? This is my second notice to RCU and I still have no replies. I will be seeking professional help in this matter as I still do not have the merchandise I paid for.

you should make the vendor public to RCU and other forums like RC Groups. Do a video on youtube too. seeking professional help against such vendor is good idea as well as one notice from your lawyer can get these people to start talking.

I was out of town the week you posted this and only just now found it had not previously been addressed.
Please submit a complaint against the seller using the form linked at the bottom of the Ratings & Security page in the marketplace. This will open a formal complaint against the seller and allow us to track the situation.
You should also be sure to post an appropriate rating to the sellers account so that all other members will be aware of your experience with them.
