Default Super Tiger engines and parts?

Is there anymore word on a possible return of Super Tiger engines and parts? The last information given indicated was that possibly at the end of 2015?

If the ring didn't help, then your engine likely needs a new pistion, liner, or both. Unfortunately, neither one is available. You may try running the engine to see if the ring just needs to be seated. Running the engine for a few tanks' worth of fuel at a very rich setting usually helps, with gradual leaning towards peak RPM after 2-3 tanks of rich running.

Any update? Seems a week ago I saw that engines were available on backorder, now its back to "email me when available". Seems that wasn't even an option a year ago.

Lots of smoke usually means a very rich mixture, though the fuel could have oil that tends to smoke a lot, too.

We still have no information on availability.
