Default No liftoff when throttled up????

I am new to helis. I am setting up my first heli. Its a 450 Trex clone. I have everything setup right, but when I power up, the blades actually spin faster at half stick than they do at full stick. The motor spins up faster at full stick, but it seems like the blades slow down. I have 10 degrees of pitch at full throttle if that makes a difference. Could I have a bad one way bearing or something??? It seems like its not catching. Like I said, i'm new to all of this. Please help ASAP?!?!? I'm going nuts.

Sounds like maybe you are getting negative pitch instead of positive. Look into it.

If your getting positive pitch, then it could be the one way bearing. Also, check to see if the pinion on the motor shaft isn't slipping.
