!!HELP!! TREX450 XL (HDE) & Spektrum DX6
Hi All,
I recently bought a Trex 450XL HDE + aon3500 motor + Castle Creations 35 ESC + Align HH Gyro + Spektrum DX6 + 4x HS-56 servos.
I build it, everthing looks smooth, but I am stuck in settings.
There are a bunch of posts about Trex and DX6 but they all are showing the CCPM models.
I am asking if anyone can walk me through with the settings for HDE by using Spektrum DX6 and other electronics.
It will be extremely helpful.
Thank you from now,
Deniz

I don't have a Trex but I've set up a couple of different helicopters with the DX6. I'll send you an email if you want you can give me a call or vise versa.

Deniz,
Here's a link to a useful step by step approach to setting up your radio:
[link]http://Deniz,[/link][link]http://www.digimemphoto.com/trexfiles/trexguide.pdf[/link]
I would highly recommend the finless videos to setting up your T-Rex. Not only will you set your Heli up perfectly, you'll understand why certain things are done. Best to do it right the first time. There's always something to learn.
Also, if you''re a bit adventurous or you're thinking the DX6's features are a bit limited (you'll see what I mean), then go to this site and consider upgrading to the JRX6102-Dx6 hybrid. I'm ecstatic about my upgraded 6102.
Here's the link for all those considering the upgrade. It's really simple to do. You can get a JR radio for about 120 dollars on Ebay.

Good luck!
