Default New pics and short video

Here are a few pics I took today, and a short hover video in garage (too cold and windy outside).

Very nice very nice. Now you need to take it outside and hover outside. Where did you place that voltage light you have under the Heli.. I know it is under but where can you throw a pic of that please. I have the T-REX 600E and want to have an idea on where to place that voltage light meter..

Thanks
Felix

Thank you Felix, you can see the voltage light chip in my second pic in the original post above, more pics below.

I have velcro on the chip, and then velcro on the underside of the frame.

Took the bird to my LHS and the heli guys were impressed big time to say the least, they wanted to know where I got the frame and liked the servo mounting setup. I told them I would give them all the specs next time I stopped in. They also wanted to know where I got the gyro, they'd never seen the Logitech 2100t yet but were impressed with it as well. And lastly they wanted to know where I got the wire sleeving, so all of this info I will share with them the next time I get down there during my lunch hour.

The one heli guy asked if I had my TX with me and was delighted when I got it out of the Jeep and brought it in, then we went to another part of the store and he asked if I would mind if he flew it? I was like sure, I trust you and know that if you mess up all of the parts are right here and will be mine free of charge So he spooled her up and immediately asked why my headspeed was so high, guestimating that at mid-stick my HS was like 22-2500rpm so he adjusted throttle and pitch curves a little and hovered it in the store and even flew it low down the aisle and halfway across their store. He said it flew awesome and was really impressed with it and how I set it up

The other heli guy asked if I was doing acrobatics with it yet, to which I replied no ... nose-in is where I am at now. Then replied that when I was ready for acrobatics to come back so he could show me a thing or two, which I thought was cool

Nice, if you don't mind, what kind of voltage light are you using and where did you get it as well as the wire sleeving ?

Elgreco3 thanks!

The voltage light is "Western Robotics Spectrum Lipo Battery Monitor" link = http://www.helidirect.com/product_in...oducts_id=4661

The cable sleeving is "PET Expandable Braided Sleeving" link = http://cableorganizer.com/braided-sleeving/
