Default OS .15 old style

OS .15, older one piece case, loop scavenged model, 7-5 MA GF3 prop, no muffler 10% nitro, RC carb. 16,400 rpm.

I've got one of those, just curious. Did you try an 8x4 prop?

Yes, but didn't tach it.  8-4 MA worked good in the Sig Scamp, but I think the MA 7-5 was a bit faster.

why not run a APC 7x5 it will be even faster than the MA. The MA have less pitch than stated..

I had enough trouble finding a 7-5 anything around here.  No one stocks small props any more.  I pick stuff up on trips to the US.  Since then I have put in an FP .15 figuring it would be faster with the schneurle porting, but I can't tell the difference.  Control line is better, you can time things to find out the speed.  The Scamp is just a toy anyway.
