MOKI 1.8 RPM Data
On 15% nitro on a 65 degree day the Moki spins my Mezjlik 19x8 at 7750RPM. I could use lower nitro, but this is what I run in everything. It fires fine on it with no detonation or pre-ignition of any kind. ThrusHP calculates that as 23.5 lbs static thrust

I know you started this post some time ago, but I just now got around to test flying my Moki 180.
I bought it used here on RCU and had it converted to a Cline regulator.
18/8 Bambula prop, no nitro, 15% oil it flew at 8400 rpm. The peak was some where about 8670 but I backed it off. I have no other prop experience with this motor but so far I like how the Bambula flies. Cheap props, I like that.

Your prop sounds good. I have engines I am going to try decent, but less expensive, props on this year. The Bambula wooden prop and the MOKI props seem good.
Your 18x8 at 8400 is putting out almost the same thrust as my Mezjlik 19x8 at 7750. My engine keeps getting stronger. i'm sure your's will too

I just made a trade here on RCU for a second Moki 180. I traded straight up for a Saito 72, a great motor only smaller than what I like to use.
With two Moki's I felt justified to put in an order for 3 Bambula props at $12 each and a few cases of Coopers Moki fuel.
I love my Saito 180, but the Moki will be a lot cheaper to operate.
Having the same motor in two different airplanes should make things a little easier.
Have you ever tried a 20/6 carbon prop? I have read a post in the past that this is a good prop for the Saito, I would think that it would be even better on the Moki.

Just got a used Moki 1.80 and it turns a Pro Zinger 18x8 @ 9000 and a MA wood 20x8 @ 6600. What a difference! It was turning 8000 with a MA scimitar 18x10 that came with it. Trimmed the MA to 19x8 and Menz shape, 7400.
