Default YS 60 and tuned pipe tac readings

Hi guys,
I purchased an old pattern ship from an estate sale and it is equipped with an YS 60FR rear exhust with a tuned pipe. The guy had a 11.5 x 7 prop ( I thinK )on it. I did not tac the rpm`s , but I did start the engine and it ran pretty good but it did not seem to have alot of pull? Could it be that the pipe is not properly tuned? This is the only plane I own with a tuned pipe and I do not have much knowledge on this subject, so any help would be great. By the way I ran it we Wildcat 10% nitro.
Thanks,
Frank

Frank....ask this in the "Glow Engines Forum". You might get an answer there.
