TTX-650 Custom Mixes - HELP???
I'm wanting some guidance on how to set up a custom mix between the elevator and flaps/spoilers (dual aileron servos). Basically, I want to mix the elevator input two ways. One is to have proportional elevator and slaved proportional spoilers (both ailerons move up with up elevator). Similarly, I want a separate mix that will slave the flaps to up down elevator (proportionately). Basically I want to have more 3D maneuver flexibility. The setup I'm trying to achieve is the one shown on the Twisted Hobbies site (Turbo Beaver videos). The guy is using a Spektrum radio so I'm hoping my Tactic supports similar mixing functions. Thanks for any help out there.

Since you are using two aileron channels, you'll need to use two mixes for each function, so one mix will be for elevator->ailerton1 and the second mix will be elevator->aileron2. You adjust the amount of mix for when you apply down elevator. The mixer can also have its curve adjusted for when you apply up elevator. You may need to do a second set of mixes for the up elevator, so you'd repeat similar mixes, but with their curves adjusted for the amount of up elevator.
There's no simple solution where you have only one mix and adjustment. You need a mixer for each aileron with elevator as the master in all cases.
