Who made them, and have they been tested with Taigen electronics? I already have a super smoker but it doesn't work with TG tanks. It's basically a $60 paperweight.

These units were made and tested by Carl Steckler of Radio Control Custom Tanks. No, they will not work with Taigen electronics.
When I purchased them, I also was under the assumption that they would work with Taigen tanks. I only sell Taigen tanks.

Do the smokers work with HL tanks and how much better are they than stock?

I purchased them on the recommendation of others on this and other forums. At the time, I was selling Taigen tanks. They don't work with them. Sorry, I don't know if they will work on HL tanks. Hopefully, someone else on this forum can help answer this question.
