Tamiya 1/16 Tiger I FO kit plus a ZILLION upgrades!
Long story short- several years ago I spent a ton of money an just about every upgrade in the book (recoil motor upgrade and and idler crossbar upgrade were the last two I needed to buy), got it fully assembled and ready for paint- then was afraid to mess it up because I just don't have the skill to do it justice. TOTALLY COMPLETE. PERIOD (some little bits of the photo etch eaten by the carpet monster, but just a wing not or two here and there. Nothing more major than one exhaust flapper to the best of my memory). Speaker box has been customized to accept a larger speaker (cut out of a Dolby DTS cerified computer speaker lol) but otherwise the only modifications have been detail upgrades. Basically if Impact, Schumo or Aber made it (circa 2008 or so) I bought it.
Impact! Full metal gear scale transmissions with Speed 400 long can High Torque motors
Impact! metal tracks (early)
Impact! fully adjustable coil spring suspension (installed)
Darryl's transmission brace
Aber full photo etch kit (the BIG old one!)
Metal front differential plates w/support bushings
Metal tapered antenna
metal s-grenades
electric smoke generators
metal rear mud flaps
turned aluminium barrel (the good one)
metal muzzel brake
K-sprue form the static Africa Corps kit for the early Feiflels and other detail parts
metal tow hooks
cast turret rack holders
alternate decal sheets
And a bunch of stuff I'm sure I am forgetting. EASILY $1000 in upgrades here, you guys know what this stuff costs.
Also included is a 1/16th Kublewagen, major assembles assembled, also to the point of paint, then stalled, also TOTALLY COMPLETE plus every book book under the sun for reference. Yeah in this crowd most of you prolly have these books, but whatever, they make good gifts right?
EVERYTHING YOU SEE HERE $1000 shipped west of Miss. Add $25 for East coast. SCREAMING deal here folks, even if you only use the tank as back up parts and just buy it for the upgrades, but frankly, this seriously is a 'paint it and go' kit. One set screw in a suspension arm is stripped, why Tamiya put fine thread in pot metal I'll never know. Paypal [email protected]. Also listed on ePay if you feel more comfortable there, but $100 discount here due to their fees. I don't have much rep in this crowd, but feel free to look me up over on the BMXmuseum.com or my ebay listings for feedback and rep. Total Boy Scout, just can't paint
