I think it looks really nice. Great reproduction of the original. I love my MGT. its old now. was a 4.6, now has an Axial .28 rr spec 2 in it. You definitely need to cut more air vents in that body. Even though is open on the sides a bit and of course up flow is good from under but I would cut a large air hole in the windshield as well and completely trim the body away from the top of the engine head.

I am just using the stock transmission with a few upgrades, the tranny is two speed No reverse. Replaced the CVD's with MIP. Thought about RPM arms but the stock are just fine and I have a box of back ups and pillow suspension parts I purchased real cheap on Ebay. I love Ebay for spare parts. So many people tear these things apart and piece them out at good prices. Less than the online stores in many cases. My next change is to get 17mm hex hubs and put them on for a few more tire choices. Like 3.8 Duratrax LOCKUP MT. Those things are beast and they will look so good on my MGT.

Exactly. Me too and warmer for nitro. Too chilly here to mess with nitro. Just using electrics now in the winter. I made the mistake of running my MGT in snow one year and I ruined the receiver, the steering and the throttle servo. I didn't think they got wet. I was wrong lol. Oh well live and learn. Unfortunately the MGT 4.6 comes with 14mm hubs. so I need to change them out for a better wheel/tire selection.
