Hanger 9 servo arms
Hi Don, This might have been asked before, but I just recieved a set of Hanger 9 servo arms for JR and they don't fit the splines. Have you seen this problem before? If so what's the solution? Thanks for your help. Jerry.

Pardon me for replying ....but there seems to be a difference between the Standard 537 Servos and the new JR Sport Servos. Not only are the splines slightly different...the JR Sport servo screws are a FINE thread ...the 537's are COARSE

Jerry, not sure what servos your using. They've worked on every JR servo I've used, although I have not used the JR sport servos. Are you referencing the new silver adjustable spline arms, or the older gold colored metal arms? The Gold ones are stamped with a "J" on the bottom. H9 makes ones stamped with "F" for Futaba which have a different spline.

Don. the servos I'm using are JR 8411 and 9411. The arms are the gold colored ones with a J stamped on them.Thanks for your help, Jerry.

I have some of the Gold J-stamped arms and some of them fit, some of them don't. I'm guessing its a problem with inconsistencies in the anodizing. Won't buy them again. --Derek

Don,I'm not sure I can make it to the BARKS contest this weekend, but I apreciate your offer. You might give them to John Ferrell and he'll get them to me. I have 4 HD half arms 4-40 and 1 HD full arm 4-40. Thanks for your help. Jerry
