    Hinge sealing

    Hello Don!

    I think I read something about your method of sealing aileron & elev gaps, with some film...

    Could you please explain the procedure?

    I don't seal hinges any more. I'm lazy. See pictues in building thread of JTEC Radiowave.

    Actually, the gap is very small and I minimize the gap so that this is not necessary to seal the gap. I learned this from Dave Guerin. Just sand the control surface and set in hinges. For Zap glued CA hinges, this is even easier.
