JR Gyros in 40% carden
Mike,
How the hell are you. It has been a long time. So the questions is that I have not flown in a very long time, and I was thinking about installing a gyro untill I got the feel again. Do you feel like this is a aid or a crutch. Last thing I want in a expensive plane is a crash switch.
Thanks,
Rob Klein,
Carmel Indiana

Hi Rob. Good to hear from you. I was just telling a story about you the other day! With the current 40% models being so well damped, I dont think a gyro would do anything at all for you.
Are you still in the Indy area?

Mike,
I am still in the Indy area. If you make it down for the AMA event let me know, maybe would could get in some trouble. Thanks for the advice. Sounds like everything is going well. If you get a minute drop a line.
Hypothetically if I were building a 40% model this winter, should i wait to buy servos.
