Dear
Dear Mike,
I recently purchased the Hangar 9 Showtime 50. I plan to power it electrically and I hope to get some advice as which motor to use. I purchased the Power 46 and a 14.4 4200 Thunderpower battery. However, I have no realized it will likely make less than 1 hp. I like power and speed, and I am wondering if I can power it with an Eflite Power 60 and 2 11.1 4200 power THP batteries in series. By the way I love how complete the kit is.
Best regards,
Wayne Madsen

RE: Dear
For battery the best set-up is probably either the 22.2V 3300 6 cell (THP33006SXV) or two of the 11.1V 3300 3 cell (THP33003SXV) packs. You'll only get 7-10 min butits a good light set-up. You could also use the 22.2V 3850 and get more duration but at your altitude I'd opt for the lighter set-up.

RE: Dear
Mike,
Thanks for the advice. I set it up with a 60 and it fit great. Everything seems to balance, and I loved the kit. It was so easy to build it was unbelievable. I look forward to more of your designs. In fact, I plan on purchasing a Cap 232 27% and wondered if there is a model number of hi tech servo you would recommend.
