Default Over heating gas boat

Hi I am new to RC boating. I have aboat that is set up with dual rudders and a clutch system. It has a water pump that is fed from only one ofthe rudders. It then goes into the engine and exits to the exhaust and then out a port on the side of the boat. After I run hard for a while all Igetis steam coming out the port. I was wondering if Ishould "Y" the line to the water pump and feed it with both ruddersor should Iuse thewater pump for the engine cooling and the other rudder for the exhaust with an additional port for it discharge? Anu ideas??
