Default Recognize this biplane?

Know this biplane?? I have tried different places but no one knows what this plane is and I want to build it! It's not a Curtis P6-E.These pictures were taken around 1986 at the Kitchener Flying Dutchmen's giant scale meet in Kitchener, Ont. Canada. I believe it was powered by a Quadra 50. It was the best flying plane there and it really stuck in my mind.

Any help would be great!!I been wanting to build this for a while. Are there plans available - maybe even a kit?
