Default Thunder Tiger Pro 50

Can someone give me some tips on setting up the mixture on my raptor 50 (Pro 50). Approximately how many turns out on mid and high needles are people running on the carby (ballpark). Also how many degrees of pitch can you run before engine bogs. Any help appreciated.

Mornin,

With regards to tuning, thats going to be a mission, there is info on www.raptortechnique.com. With regards to pitch +9/-9 seems to be the norm, although according to a previous post, the guy said he was ok going +11/-11.

Regards

Howsit Solo

Good evening from the other side of the Indian Ocean. If you own a Rap 50 I am just curious as to what you or others have the needles set at?

Don't forget the low end needle. The low end effects the engine from
idle to 50 % throttle. My high end is 3 1/2 and low end is 3.
Lots of smoke and nice running. No bog with -9 +9

Fred..
