Default tunning a OS 32

Hi guys, I just got a OS 32 SX used for my raptor 30 v2, hopefully it's gonna work, it seems to be fine, I haven't had the chance to mount it yet, question.... it came with both needles closed, to those who have a OS 32..... how many turns do I have to give to both needles in order to start tunning the engine??? Thanks

It doesn't mention needle valve I think it is roughly 1 to 1 1/4 turns out

Page 12 tells you how to set the mixture control valve. Page 13 tells you how to set the main valve, 1 1/2 turns.

I found at 5500 ft above sea level and a 3 mph wind that a 32 is highly under powered (South Africa)
