Default Pitch Servo

Hi all

I pulled the Raptor out today for first time in a wile,
Got it fully upgraded now nearly, nhp mains and tail blades, carbon fins/boom, kasama head, stainless flybar, 50 hyper, govner, 20% magnum fuel and fair servo's all around (csm 540 gyro) all i need is an mp5 when the money comes lol
However, I gave the model a thurough servicing and found a bad connection on my pitch servo (Futaba S9202) which is rated 5.0 [email protected] seconds so i plan on upgrading it (starting to 3D more and pitch pump... i just don't know what i should be focusing on upgrading ? torque ? or speed ?

I plan on spending around the £50 mark with the original servo priced at £40. i'm a JR user so i would prefer it if the servo was either JR or Hi-tec, i found two servos at midland helicopters,
one is a 'Hitec 6965HB Coreless Digital High Speed Servo' which is rated at 'Torque 6.6kg/Speed 0.10s - 60 Degrees at 4.8v'
The other is a 'Hitec 6985HB Coreless Digital High Torque Servo' which is rated at Torque 10.4kg/cm @ 4.8v. Speed 0.16s/60 Degrees @ 4.8v'

What would you's think would be the best for me ? or could you suggest another servo ?

Thanks all in advance, any input appreciated!

I'd go with the 6965 on a 50. I have it on my 600n for the cyclic and collective and it works great.
I have a Raptor 50 with 5625's on the collective and cyclic and it works fine also if you want to save a few bucks.

6965 is a great servo and also the 6975(This one has is stronger and better for pitch i would say). 6975 is stronger and 6965 is faster , same servo differnt gears.

ok So i use the Futaba 9252. specs are torque 91.6oz-in, speed .14sec 60Degrees at 4.8V The HS 6975 is slightly faster(0.01sec 60degree) and torque is 27oz-in more. Could you really notice that diffence at the stick? Doesent seem like to much and the prices on the two is only about 10$$ diffrence.

I dont think on a raptor30 you will notice any difference?!

BUT - $10 is not that much difference to get the better servo! so i say get the 6975
