that depends on your wallet. You can get very nice servos, of course, it will cost you.
If you are tight, just get anything faster than .19 secs. Metal gears of preference, you do not really need digital. I even got a Z590 metal gear (JR) that is mainly used for cars and it works great in my collective (.18secs). Be careful with the torque as well, you want at least 55-60oz of torque.
Get the same model of servo for the aileron and elevator.
I bought all my servos used on ebay. I paid I think 90dlls for 3 servos
For the tail I got a 925ultra speed (.08 secs), no digital, it holds the tail amazing even doing some 3d. But I have read about many people recommending digital (by the way, 30bucks used on ebay).....

I have 9252's on the swash and collective, 9254 on the tail and the old trusty S148 on the throttle. Eventually I will change the throttle but only when a good deal comes up on ebay. All my servos have been second hand from Ebay. If in doubt you can easily get replacement innards.

And if you keep reading, you'll learn that Spektrum 821 servos have a very bad reputation of failing in helicopter applications.

the servos fail because people use threadlock on them, or put them in a 50 size nitro bird, and also because people put an extra long screw in wich stresses the output shaft and causes it to fail, i have 60 flights on my DS821's and a crash that totaled a helicopter, havent had a problem yet.

there are way too many cheap digital servos on the market. Beware!! There are alot of Towerpro servos out there and the spec says they are 0.19secs and 5.6kg at 4.8v. A friend bought some and frankly I wouldnt put them in a Tandy sailing boat!!
Stick with the good brands and read up as much as you can. Ask here and you will get a good idea. Its better to spend $100 on servos than $200 rebuilding your heli and then $100 on servos you should have bought in the first place

The problem with the 821s is the output shafts can shear off due to vibration. I've seen it on the smaller models too. As a modeler, I've had excellent luck with JR radios, gyros, and most of their servos. But I would not personally use those servos in any helicopter, especially a nitro. Your results may vary.
