Default Remove sticker adhesive from ultracote ???

Does anyone have a fovorite trick to remove sticker adhesive from ultracote or Monocote. I had a mishap the other day....was ironing out a few wrinkles in the covering and ran the iron over a sticker which caused some of the sticker adhesive to be pulled out onto the surface of the covering. I know from experience that I can remove CA adhesive with a little Nitro. The Nitro will not touch the sticker adhesive. I wanted to ask before experimenting on the covering. Any ideas would be great.... Thanks

I use trim solvent on both moneycoat and Ultracoat. I keep a small spray bottle (the kind that CA kicker comes in) filled with Trim Solvent and keep it handy while covering. I also wipe the whole works down with trim solvent when I finish a project.

I use lighter fluid, it's the best adhesive remover you can buy.

Goo Gone, available from wallymart, smells like oranges. Takes just about any adhesive off.

ZIP Kicker works better than naptha. (lighter fluid)

In fact, ZIP Kicker works better than most anything for removing pressure-sensitive adhesive.

Walk into your local sign shop with a bottle. They will, most likely, give you some solvent.

Sign guys, like myself, use special stuff. Works really well and doesn't hurt the surface.

Ask for vinyl scraps while your there. You'll get too much to hold. :-)
