Default Hobby king turnygi 420 charger

on the Turnygi 420 charger,
I tried like some one said with out a lipo battery in the charge balance plug ,and with a digital meter hooked up to the out put balancing connector on cell no 3 and nothing happened , I tried adjusting another pot , nothing changed, I Tried to monitor the battery voltage on each cell ,The Pots don't Change any voltage- so whats wrong with this set up ,anyone know please help . I'm charging a 3S 2200mah lipo battery 20 C** I'm using a car 12 volt battery for a power source my 420 charger current setting is on 1.5 amps with all green lights on which means fully charged the result is 3.89 volts 4.01 volts 4.30 volts reason for calibration _ cell voltages are way off ? Note -the Pots to adjust do nothing

I really don't understand most of your post, but I suggest you use the charger with the balance plug like it's designed before you ruin your batteries

IF I understand your question, (trying to charge a 3 cell lipo and nothing is happening)
that charger requires both the power plug AND the balance plug to be plugged in, otherwise the charger will not charge the pack.
plug em both in, and the charger should work fine.

hope that helps!

The 420 only has a balance plug to charge no other connector on it..... I have a couple of them to charge TX lipos so I don't have to unplug the battery all the time...Are you sure your lipos is ok?????
