RE: Source for small (1mm-6mm or us equiv) boxend wrenches
Sears carries two sets. One a straight and onea right angle open end, and one an open end and a box end combination. I always carry both sets in standard and metric in any tool box that I take with me, whether on the job or for play.
They are are very high quality, I suspect "Snap on" is the supplier because I can not tell any difference other than the name.

I don't think you will find a wrench smaller than 4mm, at least I have not
seen any. You might look for a set of these small metric nut drivers. The
set comes with a small T-handle to get some extra force if needed.
Any wrench smaller than 4mm would break off and strip small nuts and bolts
faster than you could replace them.
