Default Mirror Canopies

I finished my FG last month which included a Mirror canopy.

I painted the inside of the canopy with looking glass paint by Krylon.

I had somewhat of a success with it, but looking for a great mirror finish..

Been to many glass shops and paint stores trying to find mirror paint, but with no success.

Any suggestions?

Default Mirror paint

Hi check with the RC car painters, Last year a new chrome paint was introduced. When shot with an air brush in mutable thin coats then backed with sliver...or was it white....( I miss my memory)...It looked like a chrome bumper! By the way it was shot on the inside of the body then fuel proofed.

Hope this helps!

Regards
Mark

Mark, what do you use for fuelproofing ? Just curious. I recently used Top Flite clear coat on the inside of a canopy after spraying black......
