Gravity Hobby Flight Academy C-17E
I’m currently in the process of converting Gravity Hobby’s Flight Academy series C-17E from a 2ch 27mhz brushed toy system to a 3ch 2.4 ghz brushless system. These are on sale for $14.90 through March. I’m actually starting with their Cessna to see what problems I will run into. My build thread is on the rcgroups forum. I’m not sure if give the link here but I’ll try. http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1391931 It is listed under C-17E if you have to do a search. I have pictures posted of my progress. These are in the 20” wing span range. The stock electrics are “toy” junk. Throttle is off – on and the rudder is full right – center – full left. I still have to make the control rods. The Cessna is rudder – elevator. The first C-17E will also be R – E. The second C-17E will be elevator – aileron.

RE: Gravity Hobby Flight Academy C-17E
The Cessna ended up in a tree. It is not recoverable. I'm proceeding with the C-17E build. The build is posted at:
