1/10 1996 Nikko Landcruiser
I hope every three days isnt too soon to throw another one up to share with you guys. This one had been shown briefly when my enthusiasm got the best of me and i posted it at the end of someones long thread like 4 mos. ago.
I bought this new in 1996, and its been sitting in the garage collecting dust for 12 years. I got it down, cleaned it all up, took the body down to the base plastic, primed, alot of sanding, and 3 coats of cherry red. I painted the stock rims with a three piece look, it has the stock tires, and i added the blue anaodized shocks and gave it about a half inch lift. The entire chassis was painted with a textured paint, then silver over it to give it a "steel" look. I custom made the soft top for it with a clear rear window and added the LED running lights off of another nikko i had, the taillights are additions too. I run it on 7 cells which powers a 55t novack nicely. And of course "i know its not a basher" , but i do a little cruisin around my property with it. It has stock electronics from Nikko............and it turns the Novak 55 just fine. I had to go with a 55 due to the high stock gearing.
