RE: TMAXX rebuild
i just completely rebuild an old revo 3.3 i had laying on the wall, needless to say by the time everything was said and done basically made the truck brand new again to the tune off 300 dollars, but it looks sick. I purchased the latest prographics body and backed it with parma green. the engine really should have a new piston/sleeve/conrod...now we are at 400 dollars and quickly approaching the cost of a brand new revo. allthough i like working on these things as much as driving them so its all good. basically try not to lose your shirt. if the truck is generally worn out, replace it with a new tmaxx (decently priced now) and use that one as back up parts.! good luck and play it by ear!-scott
