Some good news again guys. The HPP parts (hubs and Motor brace) should be here any day now from the Motherland. I got an e-mail last night from a vendor saying my order for telemetry sensors has finally shipped (after almost 2 months). Looking forward to putting it all together. The only bad news is I have a squeaky bearing to track down. Thinking of getting some Aluminum front steering blocks. Wouldn't mind aluminum rears but I use the True Track rear.
I don't care for bearings seating in plastic myself.

Took the E-revo to the track today for a bit a bash... I only got a few laps in and then this happened.
After all the trouble I had with the dog bones popping out, now they just straight up break on me. I installed Summit shafts in the rear and still have dog bones in the front for now. I tried to install a short Summit shaft first but it was stretching out the rubber boot too much, I've heard of other people doing it but I didn't like the way it looked. Here's a pic with the longer shafts installed.
They look just like stock from that angle but as anyone who is familiar with Summit shafts will know, they are much stronger.
This is about the only pic I managed to get before the incident. I might go back tomorrow for round 2 if I get a chance in the afternoon.

Yeah I'm starting to feel the same way about the CVDs. I went back to the track today with the Summit shafts in the rear and things went much better. Pics soon.

At the exchange rate I hit it was about $102. (Might be worth it to keep an eye on exchange rates when you're thinking about purchasing.)
However you'll have to use your best figuring skills to order both parts (if you don't read German) since only the wheel hubs are listed on the English site, in order to get to the motor brace you'll have to navigate the German site and enter all your information and create an account using the German page. I tried making an account on the English page to no avail when ordering the parts listed on the German page. But the text boxes for information are the same between the two.
As a student studying mechanical engineering and a worker in a scenic shop I sure hope I can assemble a couple of simple wheel hubs without a video. 
However I have seen that video, and it adds some good points. I'll have to find some good rubber safe grease for these bad boys, I've been using plumbers grease (actually remarkably good stuff) but wouldn't mind something new to try.

Installing the HPP stuff today, the motor brace wasn't quite as smooth as I was hoping when adjusting pitch. However the mount is rock solid. The wheel hubs so far are amazing. No shims in the RPM True Track bearing carriers.

There's a vid on youtube of someone running it in a Emaxx and it was pretty dam nice. Im on 4s now so i just need the esc & motor
