you should find a waterproof rc camera for your truck. that would be awesome to see the park through the summits eyes. AWESOME

The GoPro is a good camera for that. If anyone was to get one I would recommend getting the anti fog strips as well. It might not be so bad if you're just getting a bit of water on it here and there but a friend of mine took his spear fishing about a week ago and the lens got all foggy and ruined his footage, he was fully submerging the camera but still It kinda sucks when you think you have some good footage only to come home and see nothing but fog.

Yep.  Work on it a few more times, pretty soon you'll be able to break it down blindfolded.

I wonder how the dual Velineon VXL-3s performs?

Anyone else ever think of doing this? I know the price of two of those systems would be the same as a Tekin or MMM. But youd get the advantage of a ready waterproof BL system. Just wondering.....

I don't think it would be as powerful as the MMM or the RX8 but it would be pretty sweet to see

I might go with a Hobbywing Xerun BL system myself. Anyone here run this system or know anyone who does?

The few times I've seen it done it has ended up being a constant break down project.

The good news is, the Summit doesn't need a BL setup to be a great truck. The stock brushed setup, or a DeWalt 14.4v motor will work just fine.

To each his own. Everyones got different opinions and ideas for their summit. I agree the summit is great stock, but when its time to bash it could use a little kick.

I don't disagree with you there. I just use a different truck when I'm in that mood. Well, almost different. I get my ERBE when its time to bash.
