Cool video, I thought you might have been stuck towards the end. Time to get the water out of the tyres, one of my most hated after water bashing tasks.

There's still holes on the inside of the rim, I'll bet your foams are a bit wet if you haven already taken the tyres off to dry them out. I took both sets of tyres off my beadlocks the other day (192 screws shudder*) and was surprised to find all my foams were a bit damp.
I'm thinking about trying to grind down the inside beadlock rings as well. I had a good look at where it's rubbing and it's worse than I thought. I'm very interested to see how yours turn out. Keep us posted.

My rear tires with the studded chains have sealed foam in them. So better bouyancy and don't have to worry about sealing them or them soaking water up.

Wayne Winton of Xprt Design's Made these chains and installed the sealed foam for them and supplied them to me for testing purpsoes. He is also the creator of the giant float tires. Heres his website....

Oh ok, I thought you might have sourced the foams yourself or something. You sure are lucky to be able to test them out.

I'm just putting this out there but if anyone needs any "testing" done on anything at all just send it on over, I'm really good at "testing" sports cars and expensive fishing equipment just so you know.

Just got a summit and was wondering what the best option for driveshafts and axles are? I couldve spent hours reading on forums but i just thought if somebody happen to know of some good priced steel ones it would save me a lot of time or if i should get stock. First time out and somethings wrong with my remote it stuck in one direction a got caught up against a fence and broke the front driveshaft and the other side twisted the axle off where it goes inside the housimg

U wanna get this 1 for the center drive...

Traxxas 5650R Steel Constant Center Driveshafts 1/10 Summit E-Revo Brushless

http://bit.ly/U5YisE

And ive read that the other four stock 1s are the best. Ive had mine for a year now and only replaced the back 2 bc the torn boots were getting on my nerves.

And u might want to spend hours reading thru this thread anyway. Alot of good stuff in here

ok thanks trying to find a place to get them quick. I got sky lipos that have a banana connector and the thunder ac680 charger off hobbyparts but theyre not here yet. I got an adapter off ebay cheap that goes from banana to female traxxas bc it was about the cheapest i could find as far as having to solder on new ends. But i couldnt get through to customer service and idk what connectors the charger has? I read youre suppose to turn the contoller on first and then the truck  after turning them off if you flip the throttle position switch so it syncs it. Being that i didnt do that at first could that be why my truck would get stuck going one direction?
