I know the perfect second plane for you.... http://www.parkzone.com/Products/Def...ProdID=PKZ4400 I love mine it's my second plane and most people say it is a very good second plane once you are confident to take the learning curve of ailerons. The plane is fast yet very stable and responsive and you can still do some mild acrobatics (rolls, loops, inverted flying). It's a very fun plane to fly.

You've gotten pretty Dan good flying that cub you are more then ready to make the next step man.

Well I found out it was my front diff servo that went out in that vid where it died in the water. Have I ever mentioned how much I hate the 2065 servo!!! I have a spare of course bc thats what breaks the most so it will be alive again in about an hour.

Yeah I like that plane. We are about to put our house up for sale bc this 1 is just not big enough with a kid. I literally dont have any more room for even 1 more rc right now! Lol so as soon as we get a new bigger house Ill consider that 1.

Oh man, I have been having so much fun with Quad Rotors that I have yet to play with my RC trucks in over a few months now. I'm going to get them out this weekend and go tear it up. Still need to get video with my Phantom of the Summit running too. I'll get to it, jsut super busy lately. Looks like we all have waves where we come and go. Keep the thread alive. I'll take some pics to add also. lol

I'm fixing my summit as of now. changing diff, a-arm, motor, servo's , and a good cleaning. Bringing out to the summer cabine Next week.

I have the DJI Phantom. I added a 600mw VTX & Fat Shark Dominator FPV goggles with Skew PLanner antennas.

I also have the Blade MQX which is what I learned to fly on before I jumped to the DJI Phantom. I would like to eventually get to the S800 but it's VERY expensive and not really needed yet so I have held off. Figured I'd buy myself a RC Boat first so I have a well rounded RC collection to play with depending on my mood and the weather.

However if I had to do it again, i'd go to banggood.com and buy the V959 Quad to learn on, it is only $64 bucks (vs the MQX at $120+ and no camera) with batt/charger and controller RTR. Specifically suggest the MODE 2 V959 Quad with camera as well. I mean that is by far the best BANG FOR YOUR BUCK type of quad!

I absolutely LOVE flying Quads and FPV, it's my new thing. The trucks have been sitting waiting for me to blow the dust off of them but flying is just an absolute blast especially FPV.

I can imagine fpv with the goggles is a blast! Ill have to get into that 1 day with a tax return! Lol all the fpv systems ive seen are around $700. Well ive decided to just put another $350-$400 in the summit instead of getting another rc at the moment bc i really dont even have room for another 1 at my current house. Hopefully it sells soon!

Yah FPV isn't cheap unfortunately. Dominator goggles are $300 just themselves, add a battery $15, 600MW VTX $100, Spironet Antennas $100, DJI Phantom Quad $675, GO Pro Hero 2 or 3 $ 200-$300 and those are the basics to get you started, buy more batteries for the Phantom, back up goggle batteries, ear phones for audio, $200-300, a carry case and your in it $1500+ easy! Sure you can do it cheaper and if you guys have any questions just shoot me an e-mail, this is my advanced set up that i've tested and flow over 1 away mile and back. BUT in the end the experience and abilities you have with a Quad and FPV, return to home, GPS hold etc is totally worth it. I've been on the ground my whole life and flying like a bird is a trip! Going on vacation anywhere it brings a whole different level of experience to what you can see and do. Last weekend I flew around/thru/above an old 1700-1800 French Fort called Ft. De Charters here in Illinois. Very cool.
Since buying this I STILL haven;t bought the Dewalt motor for my Summit, still running the stock Titan with 2S lipos. I'll need to focus on that in the near future now that my wuads are all set-up. Buit with everything you still need more, i'm in the process of adding a gimble to make even smoother shots. Thsoe go from $150 up to $900 but the one I am looking to get is about $300.

Cool thing is I can always take my FPV gear and put it on the Summit or another RC truck of mine. Just have to stay away from water or waterproof the VTX etc lol.
So see why i said start small and cheap when getting into Quads, you wouldn;t want to crash that set-up or lose it on a fly away.!

That T-28 I linked the other day is an awesome plane has everything you are looking for beast. Thelane doesn't have that "safe" technology the e-flight has but it's very stabile responsive acrobatic and just flat out fun. I watched that last video you posted of the cub and you are defiantly ready to step up and away from beginner to novice planes.
Remember that first flight you had with the cub and you said you where shaking like crazy? You need a plane that'll do that to you again that way you can keep growing in the hobbie. I looked at that e-flight again and it basically a glorified model of what you already have. The T-28 is cheaper too.
