Traxas .21 truck need help

I have a .21 and need to know the carb settings for the carb? What are the ajustment screw setting to start? I bought this used and can not get it running. Has good compresion. Seems to be getting fuel.

Well who is the maker of the .21 engine... And does it try to start when you turn the crank over?
