hey Guys What is the adjustment on a Revo carb opisite of the low side needle adjustment ? its a flat blade screw driver and its on the other side of the carb barrel below the high side adjustment

It's the idle screw.

It will lean out the idle mixture. When you lean it out it will idle a little higher. Too much though and it won't get enough oil in the engine.
