Default dual engine Maxx

I want to put two .15 pro engines in my tmaxx and i cant figure out how to connect two motors to the trany. please help and show me some pics of urs

Isn't the Pro .15 a side exhaust engine? YOu need rear exhaust engines to do a twin conversion.

mine is twin, but not .15's, one engine is .40 and the other is .21

you can put th e stinger pipes on it

what your having problems at? give me some more details

At least with 2 pro .15's you can almost garuntee that one of them will work most of the time when you want it too.

actualy its hard to get even one of them started and tuned right cause they over heat realy fast

i ;dont no how to have the motors run the spur gear because you would have to run one backwards

Not if they are on either side of the spur. If you have the engines side by side with the spur in the middle, both engines will spin counterclockwise and the spur will spin clockwise.

I agree, OS is a very reliable engine. You would even be happy with a Dynamite .12 SPD setup, they are only like 60 bucks each but I had one a few years ago and it was the most trouble free engine I ever owned.

I put three XTM 24.7 motors on mine, ( see 3 engine T Maxx). Rear engines are easier but if you angle mount the motors it can be done. Yes pro .15s don't make alot of power, but they are everywhere and are cheap. Also Megatech makes a direct replace .16 that you can buy on Ebay for $70.00 each and make 1+ HP each. Good luck, if you need help your in the right place!

man i dont think you can have to different motore they would not be in sink with eachother and they would chew everything up because of it stories stories stories

Id rather put the weed wacker engine in mine, One heavy weedwacker engine vs 2 small engines? I say bigger the better.
