id get a 3 point roll cage for that from rcraven.com for it in either natural alum or purple al, dont waht that pretty purple heatsink getting scratched off or broken off.

I don't think you can go wrong with the XTM .247 it's a reliable, affordable engine, and has more than enough power for anything you're gonna do with it. I say go for it.

Your right they don't have them. I saw them while looking at parts but, I did not notice they were discontinued. The steel ones will do just fine!

The 24.7 is a fine engine to power a SM, the RB is the bomb though. I have nevre owned a 24.7 but a few friends have and it makes loads of power. The RB motor was in my last inferno though and dear god was it bad, wicked power. Rebuilds are dirt cheap compared to OS motors though which is the only other big block I buy. Either way you go though, you will be thrilled with it.

first off id like to say congrats ! welcome to the supermaxx club you will not be dissapointed second ly if you are on a budget get a picco .26 if not get a rb .28 its due out in a couple of weeks its a ws7 pissed off

I will as soon as it get's here. I used an Escrow service when I bought it on Ebay so I can't get taken ($1000 you know) The service holds the money until I get the truck and give it a look over. If all is fine then I tell the service and they send the money to the guy. It should be here by the weekend.
