how do i get more power off the line. i have a t-maxx 2.5 with the rb innovations supercharger and hyper-valve. but because i have the jumbo swamp dawg tires it seems kind of slow. whats the best way to get more power i also orederd a racing slipper clutch but its not here yet.

lower gearing?

my truck gets hot and dies sometimes and it wont start again until it cools down. it ries but it wont until it gets down to like 165 or so

3 shoe clutch. www.greatassemblyrc.com the 2.5 can really benefit from one imo.

You are not going to like the honest answer but I will give it to you anyway, sell that 190 dollar supercharger that does nothing for your engine but restrict airflow, don't ask why, if you want answers, search the forums, they have been discussed in depth by some very intelligent people, just know it will not work. Now use that money to buy a 18 tooth clutch bell, a Sirio pipe, a Motor saver airfilter, and you have a 100 bucks left to go to mc donalds with and your maxx is faster, is that a win win sitiuation or what?

Also the tires you are running sound kind of heavy,got a picture of them or a link to where I can see them? If they're the jumbo kongs then those are way too big to push and expect to go fast. The supercharger is definetly not a good idea for more power. I hope any of this stuff helps out.

to get better off the line acceleration you will need to gear down this means a larger spur gear and a smaller clutch bell this will also decrease your top end speed though
