Default Crystal Fallout!!

I have a Tmaxx with the TRX 2.5 in it, I have a problem.

I bought my T-maxx used and when I got it I was told that I would need to get a set of crystals, no problem I thought... Well, I got the TMaxx and in the transmitter there were 2 crystals not the same color, 1 brown 1 green. I went ahead and bought a set of yellow and put them in.

I realize now why there were 2 unmatched crystals... the dang thing vibrates the crystal out of the receiver!! [:@] Is there any way to keep it in the receiver housing? It doesnt seem that the stock Traxxas recv box has a clip to hold it in place, am I going to have to buy a new recv or is there something else that can be done to keep these crystals from vibrating out.

I almost smashed a window when I lost the last one...it hit a landscaping log at the local elementary going full speed in second, popped up about 5 feet and luckily landed in a bush. anyways any suggestions would be helpful

Default RE: Crystal Fallout!!

if its the 2.5 tmaxx i know the RX is in its own box and the crystal is supposed to have this sqaure rubber thing around it that kinda puts pressure against the crystal and reciever casing and i guess kinda holds it in but it mainly should be held in by the holes the crystal plugs into.
