Got my girlfriend into the hobby! Pics!
Hey all. After my girlfriend saw my 1/8 buggy about 5 months ago she became VERY interested in the hobby. So being as friggen AWSOME as she is, she picked up a Revo! She also got 40 Series Velocity 6's and Moabs, RPM A-Arms (all around) in white and we are going to dye them pink 
, Motor Saver air filter (I made her get that one 
), and a Nissan Titan body (which will be painted pink with black stripes).
Here are some pics... we havent died the A-Arms or painted the body yet though... O and my truck (Revo with RB .23) is the one with the blue Dodge Ram body.

Nice! Same here, I took my gf to the races and she liked the way the Revo looked. Well, here we are about two months away from Christmas and she's asking me for a Revo. I'll probably get her one for Christmas.

too bad you jinx yer revo w/ the dodge body[8D] and a titan body lol. j/k man congrats on getting her hooked. my wife is in iraq right now and she said shes gonna get her a jato when she gets back. after all these years on listening to me and my buddies jumping and laughing are *****'s off she came out oneday while i was jumping my revo and said crap you weren't kinding when you 7-8 feet in the air.

You guys better be careful what ou wish for...make sure th GF is a keeper.....I got one into snowboarding and after we broke up I had to run into her at MY mountain.......the wife is already on lockdown so no real issues like that right????? NOT...you'll never have time with the boys anymmore....cause you infected the he-man woman hater club w/ the girl cooties...HAHAHAHAHA....

If my GF even had any idea how much I spend on RC stuff, I would prolly either be single, or not even have an RC...nah Id be single...:P
My Gf thought the 18th scale truck I have was so cute....I bought her one...and now I have 2 RC's that I have to fix and buy parts for, she never uses it, but thats ok, I now have 2 18th scales..lol

LOL, That is where I met my girlfriend is at and rc track race!. She had a truck worth 1000's.
Pretty dang cool. She had a genesis 46 and she made it all alloy and dual .28 engines. 4way steering and biggers tires. Pics on my website. New website so bare with me here.

My GF is into RC as well, not as much as me and she's afarid of Nitro; esp my O.S. 18TM w/ Trinity Pipe. She runs away when I run it.

Dam#, the first time I showed my G/F my truck I was driving it around impressing her son and she wasn't paying attention. She was walking back towards me and, about 5 feet from me I heard a yell and I hit the brakes, thank God! (this was a savage, and the brakes were WICKED) It still hit her shin, and, needless to say, she doesn't want to be around when I run! Her son still loves it and understands what went wrong.
Honestly, when ya'll get your trucks out, how many people are NOT watching the truck?!?!?!

I wouldnt mind my gf getting into it but it would prob turn out like fishing, i bait the hook, i take the fish off, she does just the fun part... give her a screwdriver and make her change her own parts LOL not that i mind working on em but i got enough of my own. Besides i let her drive my t-maxx once she went full throttle right into a parking barrier, didnt even brake or turn the wheel just panicked and drove straight into it [sm=bananahead.gif]

O and I just finished up breaking in my RB .23 and it is a BEAST! This thing is absolutly crazy. Holds a great tune and absolutly hauls. Very nice engine, and it sounds really nice with my Trinity High Flow exhaust.
