Fun Fun! I took my T-maxx out to the track with stock tires. I was doing pretty good (said some of the vets) bought some proline 40's bowties and HD Hex hubs and lowered my suspension when I got home. Looks tight! Gonna try and go out again sometime this weekend or monday.

My next upgrades are RPM A-Arms, alum shock towers, proline suspension.

So how can I rearrange the internals to make it balance more.

how do tracks work? do they charge a fee?

of course where do they get the money? sometimes if the hobby shop owns the track they may not charge u if u buy stuff from there. cuz they know the more u race, the more u gonna buy parts!

I know my LHS has a carpet track, and to practice it's like $2 an hour, or like $6 for a day.

to praxtice? thats a load of bull. our track u can -practice when ever u want
racing is 10 a day

I helped maintain the track so I can run for free...still had to pay to race though.....I haven't been able to get to a good track since the hurricane hit though so I don't know anymore......most tracks need someone to groom it every now nd then...water it down......see if they'll do work in trade......no tlike the whole time you go you're on the track.......

Here at my local track they just have a honesty box or whatever, and your supposed to put like 5 bucks in it at you get to practice the whole day. Its a blast.

I know the first time I went to my local track that just got completed like couple weeks ago, I had too much fun with my XXX-NT. Even tho it was only an hour. Our pratice fee is also $5 a day, unless you have a membership.

unfortunatly our track is closed on all but race day's. when it is open, its five dollars to practice or ten to race (per class)

man i want to race so bad. i need to get better at tuning, driving and tinkering...wow thats alot. i better get out there more often. the nearest off road track is like an hour away though. that kinda sucks

Ahh, Im so psyched.

They're building an indoor offroad track down at my local hobby shop. Then an outdoor one. Im going to enter in the stock engine class they have down there. You must have a stock engine, but you can do whatever else you want.
