When I got into RC's a couple months ago I had intended to race. I wanted a buggy...i.e. Jato but since some friends were doing it with me they wanted MT's so I went along so that we could race together. I am having alot of fun with my TMaxx but the guys at the track say that there are hardly enough MT's to even have one race with all levels together. So what is the most popular racing vehicles? Truggy's, Buggy's, 1/10th, 1/8th? What should I get for my 2nd vehicle...a serious race machine.

Why not ask the local track you want to race at what the popular classes are?

Well, at my local track there is a HUGE amount of MT's.

It really depends on the location and track.
