Default Tyres for hard packed sand?

Im considering some Baja tyres from Imex - anyone used them on the beach?

I dont want the paddle tyres, the sand I run on is the hard packed smooth stuff that the tide goes over. Ive tried some Ofna brick pins and theyre not bad, but the tread blocks up, especially on the fronts. Also had some low profile Panthers on there, but their foams and sidewall are too stiff for the shelly areas of the beach.

So... Bajas? Or something else?

Cheers - I was looking at those and the Zombie Max too, both looked like they would work on the sand and general bashing too. The Bajas just have "Beach" written all over them and this truck is a dedicated sand racer really.

Oh - the truck is pretty fast (well over 50mph) so Id like to keep ballooning to a minimum too, not asking much I know... Taping the inside of the tyres, using tape with fibre glass weave helps a lot, but adds a little weight.

So - Bajas
Clawdawgs
or Zombies?

Savage or LST tires work well in wet sand.
