traxxas revo 2.5r eating glow plugs

traxxas revo 2.5r eating glow plugs
my revo keeps destroying glowplugs. its running on factery settings and 25% fuel, i used to run on 16% fuel and it was fine but after a week on the new fuel it started doin this. its used 3 glow plugs within 2 weeks. any ideas would be greatful as i havent a clue whats wrong with it.

Factory setting are only a starting point for tuning. You need to tune for performance.

sorry for the lack of info. i dont have a temp gun i cant help you there. the glow plugs just stop working, one of them was distorted. there all dry well i do wait a few hours to let engine cool. some where brown and some where silver. me and my dad have tried tuning it but when we do it starts acting up. eg: cutting out at high speed, wont change gear etc hope this helps.
p.s. i have one other problem from a stand still if i give it full throttle its makes a muffled nosie and gose no where?

manged to take it out today richend it up and had no problems.
