would this fit the revo 3.3 with a .30 engine? [link=http://www.vantageracing.com/site/v2-images/images/BU120L-04.jpg]vantage pipe[/link] i know its a pipe for a buggy, but i want to convert my revo to a side pipe. it has a bb in it so i was wondering if it would work.

Yes, i think it will work just like any other buggy pipes out there in the market.

Thanks for your interest in our products. The BU series pipes are designed for 1/8 scale vehicles. We also offer the ST series which are designed for up to .28 engines but also for 1/8 scale. The ST series pipes will probably work better than the BU since you are going .30, however keep in mind they were not designed for the 1/10 scale vehicles. I have no idea what all that stuff up there is supposed to mean, but if that's the best answer Vantage can give you, then I wouldn't buy from them. There are companies out there that can give you answers like "yes it will bolt right up and work well with your engine" or " No, the pipe attachment is not compataible with your engine. Anything less is unacceptable in my opinion.

i have that same pipe on my tmaxx conversion if you go to my gallery i have a pic of it on my maxx with the body if that helps it is a pretty long pipe

its not too long ,there is a pretty good improvement on low end as well as high. nice sound also its designed for torque they have another model made for high end speed i think its one of the better pipes on the market i like to take my t maxx to the track as well as bash so it works well in both arenas

yes it will work I can send you pics later next week . I have this set up on my revo, looks very trick, I have a new 3.3 but I wont be breaking it in till it warms up I can then let you know how it works.

i don mean to bring u down or somthin but why wud u want a side pipe? my bro has a savage with a side pipe and he hates it. he has to take off the one rear tire and clean his a arms and all that crap in there cuz it gets full of oil and crap. mind u his savage was a lemon out of the box and it has carb problems. i dont know if that has anythin to with it. and plus it looks better to see the exhaust comin out the back........it's..........more realistic

thats true "more realistic" but i need a side pipe bc there arn't any bb rear pipes that i like. dont get me wrong i love the rear pipe thats on it right now. all the oil and stuff gos out the back. thats great! but i cant find any big block rear pipes.

o ok thats reasonable. i don much bout this stuff but i seen alot of guys with the trinity pipe. wud that fit with ur bb?

it does BUT when it came out the biggest big block was a .21 not a .30. so i won't get optimal performance. good idea though. does anybody know if the new era bb kit has a header if so is it a rear pipe or a side pipe header?

The New Era BB kit doesent come with a header but You can get the Ofna Jammin JP-3 pipe. I have a side pipe on mine.

NOTE: YOU CANT SEE THE PIPE because it is a Right side pipe setup.
