REVO SINGLE STEERING SERVO

RE: REVO SINGLE STEERING SERVO
And only one servo to worry about breaking as opposed to monitoring two. And it allows for you to upgrade to digital at a cheaper price, you're only paying for one servo as opposed to two.

RE: REVO SINGLE STEERING SERVO
does it make it turn quicker and does it make the battery last any longer using one servo? im thinking about doing it but will the steering respond better or the same as stock?

RE: REVO SINGLE STEERING SERVO
it all depends on what servo u get. both the stock servos have 160oz. of torq combined so if u get something with more it will be better and i think it will use less battery too.

RE: REVO SINGLE STEERING SERVO
i switched to the single setup so i could use the teknorc rx box conversion. it allows you to use a bigger tank and moves a little weight from the rear to the front. even though my new servo is around 190 oz, i think its less strain on the battery.

RE: REVO SINGLE STEERING SERVO
You don't even need that, but to run an upgraded servo you really should have a radio with EPA's. I am running a hitec 5955 servo, 330 oz of torque .16 transit time and $115 USD, pretty good value.
